Refund Policy

Motion Collective Dance, Inc. (“Motion Collective,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates programs, classes, and digital offerings that require advance planning, staffing, and resource allocation. For this reason, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy.

 

No Refunds / All Sales Final

All payments made to Motion Collective Dance, Inc. are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Monthly memberships

• In-person classes

• Drop-in classes

• Online-only memberships

• Digital content and online libraries

• Add-on courses and toolkits

• Workshops, intensives, and special events

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for:

• Missed classes

• Unused class credits

• Schedule conflicts

• Change of mind

• Partial participation

Membership Billing & Cancellations

​

• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis

• Members are responsible for managing their subscription through their account dashboard

• Cancellations or downgrades must be completed before the next billing date to avoid future charges

• Once a billing cycle begins, no refunds or credits will be issued for that month

Unused classes do not roll over.

Digital Products & Online Content

​

All digital products and online content are final sale.

Once access to digital materials is granted:

• No refunds or exchanges will be provided

• No substitutions between products will be allowed

This policy applies regardless of usage or completion.

Class Cancellations by Motion Collective

​

In rare cases where Motion Collective cancels a class or program session due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to:

• Reschedule the class, or

• Provide an alternative solution at our discretion

No cash refunds will be issued in these cases.

Exceptional Circumstances

​

Motion Collective does not offer refunds for personal emergencies, illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts. We encourage participants to communicate proactively, but all refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of Motion Collective Dance, Inc.

 

Agreement

​

By completing a purchase, registering for a program, or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
