These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Motion Collective Dance, Inc. website and participation in our programs, classes, memberships, events, and digital offerings. By accessing this website or enrolling in any Motion Collective services, you agree to these Terms.
About Motion Collective Dance, Inc.
Motion Collective Dance, Inc. (“Motion Collective,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Georgia-based nonprofit organization providing dance education, training, and community programming. Participation in our offerings is voluntary and subject to the policies outlined below.
Eligibility & Participation
By enrolling in classes, memberships, or programs, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or

You have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate

You are physically able to participate or will modify movement as needed
Motion Collective reserves the right to deny or revoke participation for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with our community standards.
Memberships, Classes & Payments

All memberships, drop-ins, and digital products are non-refundable

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle

Class credits reset monthly and do not roll over

Missed classes are not refunded or credited
Participation in in-person membership tiers requires adherence to stated weekly class minimums.
Cancellations & Changes
Members are responsible for managing their own subscriptions through their account dashboard.

Cancellations or downgrades must be completed before the next billing date

Motion Collective may modify schedules, instructors, or class formats as needed

In rare cases, classes may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances
Digital Content & Online Access
Online libraries, courses, and digital resources:

Are for individual use only

May not be shared, copied, recorded, or redistributed

Remain the intellectual property of Motion Collective Dance, Inc.
Unauthorized use may result in revoked access without refund.
Media Release
By participating in Motion Collective programs, you grant permission for photography, video recording, and use of your likeness for promotional, educational, and archival purposes, unless otherwise communicated in writing prior to participation.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Dance and movement activities involve inherent physical risk.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

Motion Collective Dance, Inc., its staff, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses

You release and hold harmless Motion Collective from any claims arising from participation
You agree to participate responsibly and within your personal limits.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:

Treat instructors, staff, and fellow dancers with respect

Follow studio guidelines and safety instructions

Maintain a supportive and inclusive environment
Motion Collective reserves the right to remove participants who violate these expectations.
Privacy
Your use of this website and participation in programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected and used.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
Motion Collective may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or participation in programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
